Panathinaikos is traveling to Spain for a do-or-die match against Valencia (May 13, 10:00 p.m.) that will decide the fourth and final spot in the EuroLeague Final Four in Athens.
Speaking to the press shortly before departure, Kendrick Nunn stated, among other things, that he lives for such crucial games and that everyone in the team’s “camp” is ready.
At the same time, he highlighted the two “keys” the “clover” must have to secure the coveted victory.
Here is what he said in detail:
“In the last two Final Fours we played in, we had to win Game 5. We’re ready for that. Mindset and tactics are both important. We need to have both, stay focused, and leave it all out there.
I’m excited. The loser goes home. I live for these games. I’ve been preparing my whole career for games like this. We’ll be ready; I have no doubt about that. I think we play better on the road. We’ve done well in away games during the playoffs.”
