The two events, held on June 22 and 23, respectively, were attended by more than 350 Cypriot professionals, while 24 companies and organizations from Cyprus presented more than 110 highly specialized job openings in sectors such as technology, fintech, financial and professional services, research, innovation, and energy.

The government was represented by Deputy Minister to the President Irini Piki, who presented the results of the initiative’s first year of implementation, the available repatriation incentives, and the employment prospects currently offered by the Cypriot economy.

As stated in a press release from the Presidency, according to Ms. Piki, the initiative aims to make Cyprus a realistic and attractive option for professionals considering the next step in their careers, whether by returning to the country or through partnerships with Cypriot businesses and organizations.
