Piero Incapie will remain a London resident for the next five years!
On Thursday afternoon (June 25), Arsenal announced the signing of the 24-year-old center back through the summer of 2031, with the “Gunners” exercising the purchase option they held, paying 52 million euros to Bayer Leverkusen.
The international center back, who is currently in North America playing in the World Cup with Ecuador, had moved to Arsenal on loan last summer.
During his time in England, he made a very positive impression on Mikel Arteta and his staff, finishing the season with 39 appearances, one goal, and two assists across all competitions.
