Valencia’s partnership with Darius Thompson came to an end on Monday afternoon (June 29).
In a statement, the “Bats” announced that they had reached an agreement with the 31-year-old guard to terminate his contract, despite the fact that both sides were under contract through the summer of 2028.

In his only season with Valencia, the American star averaged 9 points, 3.1 assists, and 1.9 rebounds over a total of 44 EuroLeague games.
