The Aris delegation arrived today in Riga, the capital of Latvia, where it will carry out the first of three stages of its overseas training camp in the Baltic country.
The “Red Brigade” delegation arrived in Riga shortly before 2:00 p.m.
After lunch, the players rested and held their first training session late in the afternoon.
Starting tomorrow, the schedule will include double training sessions in the morning and afternoon, and during this first phase of preparation, the focus will be on physical conditioning and strength training.
The team’s three international players—Charalambos Charalambous, Anderson Correia, and Yassin Bouran, were granted an additional week of leave to rest and are expected to join the rest of the squad in Latvia next Monday.
