A seasonal low-pressure system is affecting the region. Tonight, the weather will be mostly clear, though locally along the western coast, there will be temporary increases in low cloud cover. Later on and during the early morning hours, increased low-level cloud cover and patchy fog or mist are expected to form locally, mainly in the eastern half of the island. Winds will be mainly southwesterly to northwesterly and locally variable, light at 3 Beaufort and initially locally up to moderate, 3 to 4 Beaufort, and the sea will be slightly rough. Temperatures will drop to 21 degrees inland, around 23 degrees along the coast, and 19 degrees in the higher mountainous areas.
On Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday, clouds developing at midday and in the afternoon are expected to bring isolated showers or thunderstorms in the mountains and inland.
Temperatures will gradually drop through Monday, mainly in the mountains and inland, to hover slightly below average, while no significant change is expected on Tuesday.
