Willy Semedo's name continues to be at the center of transfer rumors, with new reports from the United Arab Emirates suggesting that talks with Dubai’s United FC are at an advanced stage.
According to the website “UAEkick,” the team, which is owned by Paphos owner Sergei Lomakin, is seriously considering the international winger and is in negotiations to sign him ahead of the new season.
Interest in the Omonia player is not new, but the latest reports indicate that talks have intensified. His outstanding performances with Omonia, as well as his appearances for the Cape Verde national team, have increased his market value on the international transfer market.
So far, no final agreement has been reached, but United FC appears determined to move forward with the deal. The coming days are expected to clarify whether Semedo will continue his career in the United Arab Emirates league.
