Three people with Swedish passports have been arrested in connection with the attack on a 47-year-old Turkish Cypriot in Ayia Napa, according to KYPE.

Earlier, the police had announced that three 18-year-olds were arrested and taken into custody in the early hours of the morning to facilitate investigations into the case. They are expected to appear before the Famagusta District Court for proceedings to issue detention orders against them.
According to information received by CNA, “all three are traveling on Swedish passports but are originally from Albania, Chile, and Iraq.”
At the same time, the police are also searching for a fourth individual whom they have already identified.
