On departures: “For now, there’s nothing to announce. It looks like there will be other departures.”
On Gomis: “We’ll be meeting with the player; he didn’t participate in preseason training—he was on leave.”
On the average age: “Our goal is to lower the team’s average age.”
On new signings: “I can’t give a definite number. Since so many players have left, many more will be coming.”
On preseason training: “We’re proceeding according to schedule. Everything is going according to plan. The players who were granted an extension due to prior commitments—Charalambous, Bouran, and Koreia—are on their way here today.”
On Bouran: “Nothing official has been announced yet. There is interest, but no offer has been made yet.”
Regarding offers for Aris players: “There are no offers for any of our players.”
On the Cypriot market: “The players we’re looking for are from abroad; the Cypriot market isn’t a priority.”
On the Academy: “We have many players from our academy in preseason training, and that is one of the team’s goals. We want to have our own players on the team; they have to be better than the foreign players. We don’t discriminate.”
On the friendlies: “The first friendly will take place on July 11 in Latvia, and then we’ll head to Poland on July 14 for two weeks with four friendlies, and after that we’ll go to Austria for another two weeks and more friendlies. We’ll return to Cyprus in mid-August.”
