Once his tears had dried—even though they had been… unstoppable at one point—and after he had first celebrated with the rest of his teammates and calmed down, Lionel Messi shared his initial thoughts on the 3-2 victory over Egypt.

The GOAT, with an assist in the 79th minute and a goal in the 83rd, brought the “Albiceleste” back into the game when they were down 2-0, securing their advancement in stoppage time thanks to Enzo.

“What a crazy game again… This team never gives up!” Messi wrote on social media, posting photos from the match against the “Pharaohs.”
