Individual honor for Tyler Dorsey, who was named the Stoiximan GBL’s Most Improved Player for the 2025-26 season. The Olympiacos guard, who won European and Greek championships with the “Red-and-Whites,” was also named to the league’s All-Star Five.
“In addition to being named to the All-League Team, Tyler Dorsey was also named Stoiximan GBL’s Most Improved Player, an honor that had been awarded to Neoklis Avdala last season.
The 30-year-old guard for Olympiacos, the Greek and European champion, won over the fans with 22.29% (451 votes). PAOK’s Nikos Persidis came in second in the fan vote with 6.09% (123 votes).
Dorsay came in first in the media representatives’ poll with 19.51% (8 votes), tied with Dimitris Moraitis of Heraklis and Nasos Bazinas of Promitheas Patras Vikos Cola, who each received 8 votes.
In second place were Vasilis Charalambopoulos of AEK and Álvaro Cárdenas of Peristeri Betsson with 7.32% (3).
In the vote by coaches and team captains of the Stoiximan GBL, the 30-year-old international guard for the “red-and-whites” came in second with 9.09% (2), alongside Vasilis Charalampopoulos of AEK, Brin Tairi, and Giorgos Filios of PAOK.
Topping the list of coaches’ and captains’ choices were Persidis of PAOK, and Kardenas of Peristeri Betsson with 13.64% (3)
