The Board of Directors of the Cyprus Football Federation, at its meeting today, decided to implement changes to the way the Federation’s judicial bodies operate, with the aim of modernizing them and improving the administration of justice.

Specifically, the position of Sports Judge will be replaced by a three-member judicial committee that will hear the cases referred to it.
Furthermore, the office of the Disciplinary Prosecutor is replaced by a three-member prosecutorial committee, whose members will prepare the cases to be heard by the Judicial Committee.
The individuals who will serve on the committees will be appointed at a later stage for a two-year term.
