The Cyprus Football Association (CFA) has published the rules for the Coca-Cola Cup for the 2026–2027 soccer season.

Paphos FC and Apollon Limassol will not participate in the first round of the tournament but will advance directly to the second round, which competed in the most recent final, as well as any teams that secure a spot in a European competition group stage.
