Nicosia Mall issued a statement following the commotion caused on Saturday by a threatening bomb call.

It should be noted that, according to the police, these messages were sent en masse to both shopping centers and other locations across Cyprus.

Following the sending of a threatening message to several recipients, including Nicosia Mall, the Cyprus Police conducted the necessary inspection was carried out in accordance with the protocol followed in such cases. It should be noted that Nicosia Mall was not evacuated. The inspection was completed, and the message turned out to be a tasteless prank that caused unnecessary distress to employees and visitors.
