A traffic accident occurred on Sunday morning (July 12) on the road from Hersonissos to Heraklion.

According to reports, a car driver, under circumstances that remain unknown at this time, lost control of his vehicle on a curve, causing it to veer wildly onto the shoulder, sweeping up and smashing into parked cars.

The force of the collision was such that the vehicle ended up overturning and coming to a stop in the middle of the road, while at least three parked cars sustained serious property damage.

An ambulance rushed to the scene and transported the three occupants of the overturned car, all of whom were in good condition, according to creta24.gr.
