Turkish Cypriot Leader Tufan Erhurman made his first public post after being rushed to a hospital in the occupied territories due to feeling unwell.
“I’m doing very well. Just a minor bout of illness due to fatigue…” Erhurman wrote in his post.
He also thanked those who expressed concern for his health and the staff at the hospital where he was treated.
It should be noted that on Friday evening, during an event, the Turkish Cypriot felt severe pain in his chest and back, accompanied by sweating and low blood pressure.
He was then taken to the hospital, where he underwent a contrast-enhanced CT scan, which revealed absolutely no abnormalities.
Subsequently, primarily as a precaution, Mr. Erchiurman underwent an angiogram to examine his coronary arteries. The results were completely normal, ruling out any cardiac risk.
The Turkish Cypriot leader was discharged from the hospital on Saturday morning.
