Manchester City is aiming to pull off the big move of the summer transfer window, as, according to *The Athletic*, the club is moving to sign Ayoub Bouadi.

The 18-year-old midfielder shone with Morocco at the World Cup and has become a highly sought-after player. In fact, unlike several other interested clubs, City wants him on its roster immediately and has no intention of loaning him back to Lille for another year.
Bouadi, who was born in France and came up through Lille’s youth academy, has already made 96 appearances for the first team. His contract expires in 2029, and the French club has valued him at 100 million euros.
