The Deputy Ministry of Culture—Department of Antiquities announced eight new job openings, as part of the Digitization of the Cyprus Museum—a project that will be co-funded by the Norwegian Financial Mechanism (programming period 2021–2028) and the Republic of Cyprus.

Specifically, from July 17, 2026, through September 11, 2026, applications will be accepted for the employment of fixed-term staff, for a period of 42 months, to fill eight positions for archaeologists (Grades A8, A10, and A11).
