Olympiacos has learned who its opponent will be!
The “Red-and-Whites” will face Nijmegen in the third qualifying round of the Champions League, as determined by the draw, in the first of two potential hurdles on their path to the group stage.
The two matches will take place on August 4/5 and 11/12, with the first game in the Netherlands and the second at “G. Karaiskakis” Stadium.
The Piraeus-based club needs to win both legs to advance to the Champions League League Phase; if they qualify, the playoff matches will be on August 18–19 and 25–26.
If they are eliminated—either in the third qualifying round or in the playoffs of the top interclub competition—Olympiacos will advance to the League Phase of the Europa League.
