Giorgos Okkas will continue his career with Olympiakos Nicosia.
The “Black-and-Greens” announced the signing of the 22-year-old defensive midfielder, who has signed a contract through 2027.
The announcement: “Olympiacos Nicosia announces the signing of Cypriot soccer player Giorgos Okkas, who has signed a one-year contract.
The 22-year-old player plays as a defensive midfielder.
Giorgos Okkas came up through the youth academies of Anorthosis and Fulham, and was subsequently transferred to Rio Ave. Last season, he played for Panionios on loan from the Portuguese club.
He has represented Cyprus’s U-21 national team, recording 12 appearances and 1 goal.
