APOEL is trying to pull off a top-shelf signing, and according to reports, the club is pushing to sign Antonin Barak.
The 31-year-old is at the top of the “blue-and-yellow” list and is the top choice to strengthen the midfield and the creative side of the team’s play.
The Czech soccer player has an impressive resume, having played for several Serie A teams, including Fiorentina, Lecce, Udinese, and Hellas Verona. He took his first steps in the youth academy of Příbram, and in 2017 he was signed by Slavia Prague, marking his first move abroad.
Last season, he played for Sampdoria on loan from the “Viola,” recording 28 appearances, one goal, and one assist. Barák has also earned 44 caps for the Czech national team, scoring 11 goals.
