An 18-year-old man is in critical condition at Nicosia General Hospital after being found injured on a street in Limassol on Tuesday night, August 4, 2026. The incident was reported to the police today, and they are investigating the circumstances of his injury.
According to the evidence currently under review, at around 10:30 p.m. last Tuesday, the 18-year-old was found by people close to him, injured, next to his electric bicycle, at the intersection of Makarios and Despoina Pattichi Avenues in Limassol.

He was transported to Limassol General Hospital, where it was determined that he had suffered a traumatic brain injury. Due to the critical nature of his condition, he was transferred to Nicosia General Hospital, where he is currently being treated on a ventilator in the Intensive Care Unit.
The Limassol Traffic Police are continuing their investigation to determine the circumstances surrounding the 18-year-old’s injury.
