Ilio Rodoni is taking over as General Manager of the Hilton Nicosia, succeeding Mr. Evros Stylianou following his recent retirement.
Mr. Rodoni brings with him a long career in the hospitality industry, having held management positions at major hotel chains around the world for many years. Among other roles, he served as General Manager at the Hilton The Hague in the Netherlands, at the Hilton Molino Stucky in Venice, and as Cluster General Manager, overseeing the Hilton Milan, the Hilton, and the Hilton Garden Inn in Florence, Italy.

It is worth noting that hotels under Mr. Rodoni’s leadership have earned significant international accolades, including the titles of No. 1 Great Place to Work, “Hotel of the Year Western & Southern Europe,” as well as the Hilton LightStay Awards and Hilton Action Grants. These achievements reflect the extensive expertise, approach, and international experience he brings to the table—qualities that are expected to contribute significantly to the continued growth of the Hilton Nicosia.
