The Meteorological Department has issued a new yellow warning for today.
The warning will be in effect today from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m.

Detailed weather report from the Meteorological Service
A seasonal low-pressure system is affecting the region.
Today, the weather will initially be mostly clear. Around noon and in the afternoon, locally increased cloud cover is expected to bring isolated showers, mainly in the mountains. Winds will initially be variable and light at 3 Beaufort, gradually shifting to southwesterly to northwesterly, light to moderate, 3 to 4 Beaufort, and locally along the southern and southwestern coasts in the afternoon, reaching strong 4 to 5 Beaufort. The sea will be slightly rough. Temperatures will rise to around 40 degrees inland, around 31 on the western and southwestern coasts, around 35 degrees along the rest of the coast, and around 30 degrees in the higher mountainous areas.
Tonight, the weather will be mostly clear, though locally, mainly in the west, there will be periods of increased low cloud cover. Winds will later become light, mainly from the northwest to the northeast, up to 3 Beaufort, and the sea will be calm to slightly rough. Temperatures will drop to around 23 degrees inland, around 24 degrees along the coast, and around 20 degrees in the higher mountainous areas.
On Wednesday and Thursday, there will be increased cloud cover in some areas; in the afternoon, isolated showers are very likely in the mountains, while on Friday, isolated showers and thunderstorms are expected in the mountains and possibly in inland areas as well.
Temperatures will not change significantly until Thursday, while a slight drop is expected on Friday, bringing them close to average seasonal values.
