Nikos Galis sent his own message against racism, following recent comments about children of foreign descent who wear the jersey bearing the national emblem, such as Giorgos Monamas of the National Boys’ Team or Lisa Itogia of the National Girls’ Team, and even the Antetokounmpo brothers on the National Men’s Team.
“We support the girls and boys who give their all for the blue and white—the only colors that exist for our national teams,” the Greek basketball legend stated in a social media post.
