The Nicosia Municipal Swimming Pool—also known to the public as “Lello’s Pool”—is closing on an emergency basis.
According to an announcement by the Nicosia Municipality, “for health and safety reasons, due to an unfortunate incident, the Nicosia Municipal Swimming Pool will remain closed today, Sunday, August 16, 2026.”
