In an optimistic post on social media, Kendrick Nan showed that he is taking a positive approach to the ordeal caused by his injury.
The Panathinaikos American guard suffered a torn medial meniscus in his right knee during individual training in the U.S., and on Wednesday (August 19) he underwent successful arthroscopic partial meniscectomy surgery. Initial estimates suggest he will be out for approximately 1.5–2 months.
Shortly after the surgery, Nan posted on Instagram, accompanying photos from his recovery with a clear message to the Panathinaikos community.
“The machine needed an update. A better version is loading. God’s plan! Nothing can stop me!” he wrote in detail.
Nan thus sent his own message ahead of his return, showing that he’s already looking ahead and that his goal is to come back even better on the court.
