“We have complete control over the entire area related to the Strait of Hormuz, including the land zones. Therefore, they would very much like to reach an agreement, but they are not ready to reach the right agreement, in my opinion,” Trump told reporters.
He also reiterated his claim that Iran is in dire economic straits, that it is struggling to pay its soldiers, and that inflation in the country has reached 350 percent.
