The countdown to APOEL Women’s historic first participation in the CFF’s All-Cyprus Women’s Championship has officially begun, with the team’s players holding their first training session in preparation for the new season.
The first training session took place in a very positive atmosphere, with the players and coaching staff laying the groundwork early on for the team’s debut in the league.
As part of their preparation, the players will undergo ergometric testing next week, followed by a series of friendly matches, with the goal of achieving the best possible competitive readiness before the start of official matches in early October.
The vision and primary goal of APOEL Women’s is to establish itself in the coming years as one of the leading forces in Cypriot women’s soccer, worthily representing the APOEL crest and history.
