Mourning in the Aris family following the loss of veteran goalkeeper Giorgos Gantinas, who “passed away” at the age of 82.

Giorgos Gantinas, one of the most important goalkeepers in ARIS’s history, is no longer with us.
“He “passed away” today at the age of 82, succumbing to serious health issues.
He played in a total of 129 matches during the 1960s and 1970s. He was a member of the team that won the Greek Cup in 1970, and in December 2018, he was honored by our Club for his contributions.
His passing leaves the ARIS family poorer for his loss.
We extend our sincere condolences to his family and loved ones.
