Panathinaikos held its first training session in preparation for the new season on Monday morning (August 25).

The “Greens” gathered at the Telekom Center Athens auxiliary court and, under the guidance of Zeljko Obradović, began their preparations for the 2026–27 season.

Absent from the first training session were Dinos Mitoglou, Panagiotis Kalaitzakis, Dimitris Moraitis, Juancho Hernangómez, Isaac Bonga, Silven Francisco, and Branku Bandio, who are on international duty with their respective national teams.

Kendrick Nan is also absent from training as he continues his rehabilitation program following his knee injury.

Vasilis Mouratos, Ilias Trikkas, Tyler Peterson, Iasonas Varvaritis, Michalis Liapis, Telemachos Vissariou, Linos Chrysikopoulos, and Ryan Soulias, in order to fill the gaps created by the absences.
