Qarabağ has returned with an improved offer to APOEL for Diego Rosa.
The Azerbaijani club, which is interested in signing the Brazilian midfielder, has submitted an offer of 200,000 euros to the “blue-and-yellows” for him to play on loan this season.

At the same time, if Rosa makes a certain number of appearances, then next summer Qarabağ will be required to pay a mandatory buyout clause of 1 million euros.
It should be noted that Rosa’s former club, Bahia, retains a resale percentage; thus, if a final sale is ultimately completed this summer, Bahia will also receive a specific amount.
