Diego Rosa is preparing to move to Azerbaijan.
APOEL has reached an agreement with Qarabağ, and the Brazilian will continue his career in Baku.
The two clubs have agreed on a loan deal for the player, with APOEL receiving €200,000.
The agreement also includes a mandatory buyout clause if the player appears in 50% of Qarabağ’s matches.
If that happens, APOEL will receive an additional €500,000 next summer, while another €500,000 will go to Bahia, the player’s former club, which retained a resale percentage.
At the same time, the “blue-and-yellows” took the initiative and secured a resale percentage in case Karabakh sells Rosa in the future.
Official announcements are expected in the coming hours.
