The case of Rubén Vargas is one of the options Olympiacos is considering to bolster its wing positions, but interest appears to have waned in recent hours.
There is currently no agreement between Olympiacos and Sevilla, with the two sides still far apart, as reported by Mateo Moreto.

“At present, there is no financial agreement between Olympiacos and Sevilla regarding Rubén Vargas,” he notes.
According to reports, the Piraeus club is offering 12 million euros, while the Andalusians are asking for 15 million euros. The gap remains, and it remains to be seen whether it can be bridged in any way.
