The Piraeus team’s center had caused serious concern earlier, when he was helped off the court after sustaining an injury during a battle under the basket. The sight of him raised fears of a more serious injury, but ultimately the news was more optimistic.

Milutinov returned as usual in the second half, putting an end to the anxiety and providing a much-needed sigh of relief for both the Serbian coaching staff and Olympiacos. The international center continues to play normally in the game, showing no signs of any problem that would prevent him from competing.
