The search for a 75-year-old woman, who had been missing for several hours on Tuesday in the Geroskipou area, had a happy ending.
According to the police, the elderly woman had gone with her relatives to the coastal area of Geroskipou, however, before her relatives left, she wandered away from the area and her whereabouts became unknown.

The relevant authorities immediately sprang into action, and a search operation was organized by the police, with the assistance of Civil Defense.
The woman was finally located late Tuesday night on the road leading to the airport in the tourist area. Specifically, she was found sitting inside the last roundabout on the road.
After she was located, the search operation was concluded, while the exact circumstances under which she ended up at that specific location are being investigated.
