Police in Thessaloniki arrested a 22-year-old man for the robbery of a 28-year-old woman who was working as a prostitute in the Giannitson Street area.
According to the Hellenic Police, the woman had agreed with the 22-year-old, an Afghan national, to have sex for 20 euros. However, as she reported, during the encounter, the young man physically assaulted her and snatched the agreed-upon amount of money.

The incident occurred last night, and following the report, police launched a search that led to the arrest of the 22-year-old.
