The Art for Life’s Sake initiative brings artist Peter Tooby to Ayia Napa Marina, on Friday, September 18, 2026, for a charity art exhibition aimed at supporting the Bank of Cyprus Oncology Center. For one night only, the public will have the opportunity to view a representative selection of Peter Tooby’s work, including paintings, drawings, and photographic prints on canvas. Approximately 50 works will be on display and available for purchase, with all proceeds going to the Bank of Cyprus Oncology Center.
The exhibition will take place at the Ayia Napa Marina Event Center from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and will be open to the public. Ayia Napa Marina is co-organizing the exhibition as part of its long-standing support for social initiatives that connect culture with meaningful social causes.

Art for Life’was founded in 2014 by a small group of artists with a shared passion for the visual arts and a common desire to use their creativity to support people affected by cancer. Through the sale of original artwork and prints, the initiative has supported Cancer Research UK, bolstering efforts related to treatment and patient care.
Peter Tooby has been involved with the initiative since its early years. After more than two decades in the business world and a serious health crisis that significantly altered the course of his life, he chose to devote himself more to art, exploring life and everyday existence from different perspectives through his work.
For the exhibition in Cyprus, he chose the Bank of Cyprus Oncology Center as the beneficiary of the donation.
Speaking about the exhibition, Peter Tooby said: “Cancer affects almost every family and every circle of friends. Through this exhibition, I hope to bring people together through art and raise funds to support the treatment and care of those facing cancer. Every artwork sold will benefit the Bank of Cyprus Oncology Center, and I hope people will join us in this effort.”
