AEL appears to be considering the signing of Roman Yaremchuk, with the Greek reporter for Olympiacos Piraeus, Kostas Nikolakopoulos, revealing in an article on sport-fm.gr that the “Lions” have officially expressed their interest.
However, the Ukrainian center forward does not view Cyprus as a priority and is waiting for better offers. Of course, so far, the only other offer he has on the table is from Kharkiv, a team in his home country, while the prospect of returning to Lyon—where he was on loan last season—no longer exists.
Here’s the excerpt: “Incidentally, AEL Limassol is indeed interested in Yaremchuk, but the Ukrainian says that moving to Cyprus is not his priority, though he currently has no other good offers besides the one from Kharkiv in Ukraine, at a time when Lyon is no longer an option for him.”
