Panathinaikos is awaiting the decision on Cyril Desers! The “Greens” filed an appeal to reduce the suspension of the Nigerian striker, who was sent off with a straight red card in the derby against PAOK.
The appeal was heard on Wednesday afternoon (September 9), and a decision is expected by Friday—though it could come sooner, perhaps even later today!

Among the “Clover” ranks, there is cautious optimism that the three-match suspension might be reduced to one match, since it involved… Michailidis being pushed during the sending-off and not an act of violence—something that is evident from the video of the incident.
