In a traffic accident that occurred around 9:30 this morning on Papandreou-Papageorgiou Street in Paphos, a 30-year-old motorcyclist was seriously injured.
Specifically, while the 30-year-old was riding his motorcycle on the aforementioned street—under circumstances currently under investigation by the police—he lost control of the vehicle, causing it to overturn on the road.

The 30-year-old was initially transported by ambulance to Paphos General Hospital and then to a private clinic in Limassol, where he remains hospitalized in very serious condition. According to the attending physicians, he has suffered a traumatic brain injury and a scapular fracture.
The Pegeia Police Station is continuing its investigation.
