Following his departure from Piraeus and Olympiacos, José Luis Medilibar is a free agent, and by all accounts, he hasn’t gone unnoticed by Valencia’s management.
After a very difficult and troubled start to the season, with just one point in the first five La Liga matches, Valencia decided to part ways with Carlos Corberán.

Now, the “Bats” are scouring the market to find a suitable replacement, and reports from Spain link Medilibar to the team’s coaching position. Management is considering several options, but the experienced coach appears to be high on the list of candidates.
The Basque coach has vast experience in the Spanish league and is undoubtedly a reliable choice for any La Liga team looking for a change on the bench, with Valencia currently in the lead.
