Mike James expressed his belief that Anadolu Efes will be competitive in the new season.
“It was an unusual preseason, as our players had to participate intermittently due to their commitments with their national teams. I believe we’ve put together a good team. I’m very excited,” emphasized the 35-year-old American guard.

“I think it’s becoming more and more important to improve every day. In sports, what matters isn’t how you start, but how you finish the season. We need to keep working together as a team so that we can reach the point we’re aiming for by the end of the year. “To reach that level of quality and finish the season where we want to be, we need to improve as a team,” he added.
As for his expectations for the Turkish league? “I’ve played in many games against Turkish teams. I’ve often played against Anadolu Efes and Fenerbahçe. I haven’t had a chance to watch many of the other teams, but we all know that this is a very high-level league,” he emphasized.
