The story began in 2017, with a small team, a big idea, and the determination to make decisions that would allow us to offer services with an innovative mindset. Nine years later, ECOMMBX has grown to over 100 employees and has evolved into a dynamic, internationally oriented Cypriot fintech company. Fintech is in our DNA, and we have a startup mentality with a touch of rebel attitude.
Birthday Week
ECOMMBX’s birthday isn’t limited to just one day. Birthday Week is dedicated to the company’s staff, featuring activities, surprises, music and a DJ, favorite food and coffee vendors under the “Follow the Dragon” movement, and much more. These events embody ECOMMBX’s culture. Among the week’s highlights will be a stand-up comedy show featuring Louie Patsalidis, adding even more energy to the festivities.
The significance of the number 9 and its relationship to 3 and 6
The number 9 symbolizes the completion of an important cycle before the next major milestone: the decade. In this year’s concept, 3 represents creation and the beginning, 6 represents connection and evolution, and 9 represents completion and rebirth. Together, the numbers 3–6–9 symbolize the transition from creation to evolution and, ultimately, to a new beginning: ECOMMVERSE THE GENESIS.
From 9 to 10: the next chapter
For ECOMMBX, September marks the end of the fiscal year and the start of the next one. Birthday week is an opportunity for the team to recognize its achievements and prepare for the year leading up to the significant milestone of ten years.
With the central message “Unlock the ECOMMVERSE,” the company is preparing for the next chapter in its journey. To mark its tenth anniversary, ECOMMBX will launch ECOMMVERSE, its new integrated platform, which has been designed and developed entirely in-house in Cyprus.

As part of its anniversary week, the ECOMMBX team is wearing red and celebrating the company’s nine years together. A day dedicated to its people, the team’s energy, and everything they’ve achieved together.
