There’s one day left until the start of the 8th “P. Giannakopoulos” tournament, which will be held at the T-Center and feature PAOK, Partizan, Panathinaikos, and Burg.
The tournament kicks off with PAOK’s match (September 18, 5:30 p.m.) against the Serbian team, while at 9:00 p.m. the “Greens” will face off against the French team Bourges.
The “black-and-white” basketball club announced its roster, with Andrea Trinchieri facing no last-minute absences.
Specifically, the following players are available: Mitrou-Long, Osman, Alexander, Hugaz, Omoruyi, Haddins, Kaklamanakis, Foster, Persidis, Fyllios, Moore, Kalathis, and Bazina, while Brin Tayri and Ra'Quan Gray remain out of the roster as they have not yet recovered from their injuries.

“The PAOK squad is departing for Athens to participate in the 8th ‘Pavlos Giannakopoulos’ tournament, organized by Panathinaikos AKTOR at the Telekom Center Athens.
PAOK will play its two games in Athens; these will be the team’s final tests during its preseason and before the start of its official competitive schedule.
Our team trained this morning at the PAOK Sports Arena. Coach Andrea Trinchieri has the following 13 players at his disposal: Mitrou-Long, Osman, Alexander, Hugaz, Omoruyi, Hudgins, Kaklamanakis, Foster, Persidis, Filios, Moore, Kalathis, and Bazinas.
PAOK will begin its run in the “Pavlos Giannakopoulos” tournament on Friday afternoon (September 18 at 5:30 p.m.) against Partizan Belgrade, and on Saturday (September 19), they will face either host Panathinaikos AKTOR or EuroCup champion JL Bourges, depending on the outcome of Friday’s games.
This afternoon (6:00 p.m.), a press conference for the “Pavlos Giannakopoulos,” featuring Andrea Trinchieri and Nikos Persidis, as well as the other coaches and team captains.
