Inter’s comeback victory over Udinese last Monday in the fourth round of Serie A was “bitter.”
John Stones was injured in the second half and was substituted; medical tests revealed that the 32-year-old British center back suffered a strain in the flexor muscle of his left, so he will be sidelined for the next month.
As a result, Stones will initially miss Saturday’s derby against Roma in Matchday 5 and is expected to return for the match against Parma on October 10.
