At a meeting held on September 17, 2026, the Board of Directors of the Federation of Employers and Industrialists (OEB) unanimously approved a proposal by the Executive Committee to promote Lena Panagiotou to the position of Deputy Director General of the Organization, effective January 1, 2027.
Lena Panagiotou was hired as an Officer in the OEB’s Labor Relations & Social Policy Department in 2004; in 2017 she was promoted to Director of the Department, and in January 2024 she assumed the position of Assistant Director General.
