Dr. Emi Kasoulidou, wife of the former Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Cyprus, Ioannis Kasoulides, has passed away at the age of 76.
Emi Kasoulidou was born in Nicosia and pursued a career in medicine, completing her studies in France, where she specialized in anesthesiology. It was there that she met Ioannis Kasoulides, with whom she started a family and had a daughter, Joanna.
For many years, she worked as an anesthesiologist, playing an active role in the field of medicine. She left her mark through her professional competence, her integrity, and her dedication to her patients.
Throughout her husband’s political career, Emi Kasoulidou remained discreetly by his side, while also engaging in social and charitable work.
Her funeral will be held on Tuesday, September 22, at 10:00 a.m., at the Constantine and Helen Cemetery.
The family will receive condolences starting at 9:00 a.m.
