Five Anorthosis international soccer players have been called up to their national teams.
The club announced that Kostakis Artymatas (Men’s National Team), Dimitrios Tzoulou, Evagoras Charalambous (U-21 National Team), Andreas Avraam, and Theodoros Kalogirou (U-19 National Team).

The announcement: “The national teams are gearing up for international fixtures, with five players from Anorthosis Famagusta receiving call-ups.
For the Cyprus Men’s National Team, head coach Apostolos Mantzios has included Kostakis Artymatas in the call-up.
The Cyprus national team will face Montenegro on the road (September 25, 9:45 p.m.) and Latvia (September 28, 7:00 p.m.), while on October 2 and 5, they will host Armenia and Latvia, respectively, at GSP Stadium, with kickoff at 7:00 p.m.
For the U-21 national team, Marios Nikolaou has called up Dimitrios Tzoulis and Evagoras Charalambous.
Cyprus will face Romania on September 25 (7:00 p.m.) at home, while on September 30 it will play away against Kosovo (7:00 p.m.). The U-19 National Team’s next match is scheduled for October 6, when it will host San Marino.
For the U-19 National Team, new head coach Christos Charalambous has named Andreas Avraam and Theodoros Kalogerou to the roster for the two friendly matches against Moldova. The matches will take place in Moldova on September 27 and 29.
