The start of the Stoiximan GBL season is just around the corner, and as part of this, its official website is featuring special articles on the teams that will compete in the Greek league.
Among them is the feature on Panathinaikos, with Zeljko Obradovic giving an interview and discussing the start of the season, returning to the bench of the team with which he won 11 championships in 13 years.

Specifically, the Panathinaikos coach stated: “I believe we’re in for a particularly exciting league season with some very good teams, and I think everyone who loves basketball will enjoy it. Our goal remains the same, as Panathinaikos is always a team that wants to live up to our fans’ expectations. That’s why we’ll have to work very hard to ultimately get there.”
And he concluded: “I’d like to wish the players, first, to stay healthy, and second, to understand that fair play is more important than anything else. The Super Cup comes right after the EuroLeague opener, and there isn’t enough time to recover, but we’ll go into this tournament highly motivated.”
